These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If you have any dispute with A BONDS LLC, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@alphabond.autos. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action in the courts described in the Governing Law section above.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of A BONDS LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by A BONDS LLC.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and A BONDS LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and the Company regarding the Site.
